The Analysis Of Competitiveness Of Venture Capital Institution

Firstly, the article analyzed the concept of competitiveness and the situation of VC institution. Then, it advanced a basic analysis structure. Mostly, it discussed the competitiveness on two points of view. One is from the industry's view. An analysis has been made in five affecting factors to VC industry using Porter's five forces model. The author wants to find out the industry factor which is the outside factor. The other is from the firm's view. Using the resource theory and core competence theory, the author wants to find out the core competence and strategic resources of VC institution which are the inside factor. At last, it summed up the foregoing analysis and put forward the countermeasure and advice of advancing the competitiveness of VC institution using a case study.
