" Core competence " seems to become such agreat deal of factors as a big basket , property relations , company'smanaging , institutional framework , marketing management , franchiseoperation , corporate culture ,etc. again, it seems that anything can be putto it. How on earth to understand the key competitiveness theory then, inis a theoretical question urgently to be solved how the banking uses. So,this article hopes to make some contribution to application theory of thecore competence , and the state-run commercial bank is for reference onthe operation practice to some extent. Chapter 1 mainly carry on the exhaustive argumentation to theintension of the core competence of commercial bank. This chapter putsforward concept and intension of the core competence at first, point outthe core of forming the core competence is the core technological ability,it includes R&D ability of enterprises, products and craft innovationability, etc., the level of the technological ability of the core hasdetermined enterprises change technological resources to thetechnological advantage the level of ability. Combine the characteristic ofthe core competence and one's own characteristic of the banking, I thinkthe core competence of commercial bank refers to the accumulationknowledge in the organizing system of commercial bank. Therefore, Ipropose clearly financial technology , institutional framework and humanresources are three kinds of basic key elements of forming corecompetence of the bank, and also analyze in depth the interrelationbetween the three. Chapter 2 mainly carry on current situation analysis to the corecompetence of state-run commercial bank. This chapter is investigated bythe difference of current situation to the existing core competence ofstate-run commercial bank at first. Later , analyzed the subject matter thatthe state-run commercial bank existed in forming three kinds of basic keyelements of core competence , pointing out the key competitiveness of thestate-run commercial bank is not good. Chapter 3 mainly carry on case analysis to famous Citibank,investigate it in financial technology , institutional framework , humanresources of the core competence. On this basis , foster and promote theexperience on its one's own core competence after summarizing thetransnational bank, and has compared the core competence of thetransnational bank and state-run commercial bank, it is analyzed that itssuccessful experience fosters and promotes the enlightenment of the corecompetence to the state-run commercial bank . Chapter 4 mainly put forward fostering and promote the basic tacticsof the core competence, and the way of fostering and promoting the corecompetence of state-run commercial bank can be effectively from manyaspects.
