Governmental Crisis Management Under The Background Of Globalization

Globalization is an inevitable trend in this world.On the one hand,it brings chance of development for every country,on the other hand ,it also makes every government confront more and more "crises".Especially for transitional China,There are many erratic factors in Politics,Economy,Culture and so on,which will lead "crises" easily. How to prevent and respond the crises has been a great task in public Administration of China.In the first chapter of this paper,some important conceptions are defined. In the second chapter,governmental crisis management is placed in the Background of globalization. Since 1990's,the development of globalization is very fast and takes on some new trends,which makes governmental crisis management more important and accordingly appears a few of new traits.In addition,globolization will bring a number of influences to governmental crisis management including challenges and opportunities.In the third chapter,by introducing governmental crisis management system such as America, Japan and Russia, some common experiences are summarized,which provide enlightenments for Chinese government.In the last chapter, the author analyzes the inducements and characteristics of the crises in our country and the main problems of Chinese governmental crisis management system.And then,some strategies have been brought forward from three aspects of prevention, respondence and "obtaining profit".
