Today, with rapid development of information technology developing Information Industry becomes a global trend and the environment where corporations run has been changed greatly in Information Economy comparing with it in Industry Economy. Under the circumstance, the growth of information corporation faces vast foreground with enormous indetermination. The paper defines Information corporation not from macroscopic standpoint but from microscopic point of view, and thinks Information corporation is what regard information and knowledge as strategic resource and production factor, and the main form of its products is information .The growth of corporation is the base of prosperity and development of one country's economy. Many kinds of economic theories and management theories discuss it. But they can't nicely explain the phenomenon of corporation's growth especially some new corporation's in Information Economy: treatise generally, and didn't hold tight the key; or emphasize the point only, and neglecting the function of other factors. So the paper tries to research the theory of corporation growth (including the motivation, logic, speed, limit, means and process about the growth of corporation.) in Information Economy according to the characteristic of Information and information corporations.Then begin with value chain, we analyze the value chain of information corporations, and find its chief links, including resource storage, R&D of product, marketing and after-sales service, combining with the personality of the market of information product, we bring forward a set of strategy with maneuverability for every link of a information corporation. Finally we verify its maneuverability and effectiveness through UFSOFT.
