The Research On Chain Enterprise Competency

The chain enterprise is a new business organization entity that appeared in the mid of 19th century, accompanying with the new operating mode --the chain business. Since the chain enterprise' birth, it has appeared great vitality. This thesis, the chain enterprise competency, focuses on the application of the relational theories of competency into the chain enterprise --a particular enterprise organization, and perceives the origins and constructing methods of the chain enterprise' competency advantages, which provide the guidelines for the chain enterprise operating. The paper begins with the illustration of the motives and meaning of the research on the chain enterprise, followed by the enterprise competency theories and the characteristics of the chain enterprise; then analyzes the following aspects of the chain enterprise competency: its hierarchy and positioning, its structures and dimensions, its origins and constitutions, the factors which influence the chain enterprise competency, and on the above basis, the enterprise chain competency diagnosis and evaluation are deeply dealed with; finally, the paper comments the condition of the chain enterprise competency in our country and analyzes its corresponding causes, and gives some proposals on how to enhance the chain enterprise competency.
