A Study About The Theory Of Establishing The Quality Control System In Liuzhou Police Station

Along with the chances and challenges encountered after China has joined into WTO, and being an important part of government works, the quality of the police works has dramatic effects on the development of the country's economy and the uplift of living standard of the people. Police works mainly focus on law enforcement. And for this reason, how to establish an effective management system to improve the law enforcement of the police has become an long-term task for the police of all levels, including Liuzhou police station.Utilizing the overall-quality-control theory and practical methods, this thesis tries to study what would turn out and the possible ways that the police introduce ISO9000 quality control system into their daily works.In it's beginning, this thesis clarifies the features of police work and the shortfalls in the law enforcement. And then, based on the ISO9000 quality control standards and 8 principles, it clarifies in depth the importance and necessity to introduce the ISO9000 quality control system into the police, propose that it is an important way to improve the quality of police work by establishing quality control system. This thesis also takes the establishment of quality control system of Liuzhou Police Station as an example, presents new thinking on the police law enforcement management system.
