Chinese healthy food market has developed for more ten years, the healthy food market initiated models has been classics examples to study, which affected the marketing channels analyses of Chinese enterprises. Today, the healthy food market enterprise of our country faces the hard competition environment. It is a problem about new product how to spread the market with quickly and efficiently. It is a problem about enterprises, especially medium-sized or small-sized enterprises how to create unblocked marketing channels.The paper studied trades situation of healthy food and characteristics of marketing channels. The paper basis theory of marketing and marketing channels, analyses situation about marketing and product of AA enterprise.The paper summarize marketing channel model of AA enterprise, and put into effect. At last, the paper put forward it is right to adjust marketing channel strategic when competitive change, but AA enterprise should keep stable in some time. The paper hope to put forward some suggests and consider of marketing channels.
