| The purpose of this paper aims at exploration and research of the validity appraisal method of quality management system of enterprise, making enterprises get the chance of improvement continuously, driving the improvement of the quality management level of the enterprise, offering the products that the customer needs from real meaning, improving and perfecting the management system of quality, Raising enterprise market ability , pursuing management remarkable constantly and finishing the purpose and task of quality management system .Combining electromechanical type's characteristics of the quality management systems of enterprise, regarding basic principles of strict quality control as the theoretical foundation, according to the views of system theory, on the basis of ISO 9000 quality management system's standard request , by analysis and defining validity concept of quality management system, this paper puts forward the concrete content of validity , and sets up validity procedure and method on appraisal of quality management system of enterprise. The appraising method adopts the ripe technology of the system engineering, sets up the appraisal index system which accords with this enterprise actual state, and determines its weight and proposes the synthesis evaluation method of quality management system.The validity synthesis evaluation method of quality management system proposed above can make appraisal activity to be scientific, standardization, avoidingappraising distortion of the result and having pertinence even more to make the system improvement. |
