| The competition among current corporations is that of human resource, "in short", Mr. Songxia once said, " the most important asset of company is human." For current companies, human is more precious than any other resource, only exerting this resource efficiently, could let the companies on the advantage position in the market competition. How to motive the stuff of company has been a sharp problem in the research of theory and operation of practice when a company is in the process of the development and management of human resource. The problem became most important in the technology-intensive enterprise. Designing the efficient motivation system to stimulate the positive, creative and initiative of employee is one of the crucial factors for the development of a technology-intensive enterprise.Based on the deep analysis and research of technician of Jianghe company with related motivated theory, the article put forward some rectified methods. Through the research of the current status of human resource, especially the technician of Jianghe company, the article found and enumerated such problems in the current motivated system as the distempered ness of achievement checking system, unfair of distribution of income, unbalance of mood of stuff, lacking ness of concept and notion of motivation to employee in management level, distempered ness of development career planning and no clearness of promotion. After further analyzing the reasons of these problems, the article put forward the motivated project, which could improve the efficiency of technician with the related motivated theory and the result of research, in addition to the motivated methods from both of direction of spirit and material. The detail measures include the improvement of management of income, adding the motivating of stock, argument ofmanagement of participating and motivating and spirit motivation, helping stuff to design the planning of career development, and management of career process of employee, founding the full space for the technician.In order to ensure the motivated measure successfully, the article put forward to four methods in the No. 5 of context. The first one is to strengthen the foundation of culture of enterprise to motivate stuff, the second is to found the scientific achievement checking system, the third is to create the studying organization and the final is to set up the dynamic management system of motivation. |
