Research On Regional Realization Of Project Management

Compared with developed countries, there is a distinct gap in the modern project management between our country and foreign countries in the aspects of academic research, specialized education, professional development and management practice. At present it is necessary to introduce foreign advanced study of project management, digest advanced knowledge, cultivate personnel, and develop academic researches. Nowadays it is urgent to form a specialized, academic organization and a cooperative system led by the government including different parts of production, education and research, so that we could keep consistent with the development of international modern project management and promote the developments of our country's project management further.Based on the studies of the importance of project management, this papers analyses the distances of project management between foreign counties and our country. It introduces the basic knowledge of project management's emergency and development trendency in the world, also the induction and situation of our country. Then we summarize the problems existing in our project management, point out prospects of project management in our country, and give some advices on how to strengthen our project management.This thesis compares project management's evolution, and contrasts the two influncing research systems-U.S.A.'s PMI and European IPMA, also the project management knowledge system-the PMBOK and ICB respectively. Besides, the papers analyses the knowledge and developments of risk management between China and foreign countries in order to provide some suggestions on educating the staff and consummating the system of project management of our country.
