Study Of Core Competency And Application In Shuohuang Railway

With Chinese entry of WTO, the steps of economy globalization and marketing international are accelerating and accelerating. Chinese enterprise will get an excellent chance to own international market share, but they have to face the severity challenge of foreign market. Subsistence and development of Chinese enterprises fully depend on whether or not they have enough competencies to fight foreign corporation. Nowadays, researching of corporation competency attract more and more attention in the field of economy and management.This paper discusses the mistaken ideas and countermeasure through analyzing the meaning, framework of core competency and the relationship with development of enterprise; analyzes how to step up the core competency through technological innovation, organizational innovation, increment of enterprise value and innovation of management and system. At the same time, the author analyzes Shuohua Railway using the core competency. Finally, this paper makes elementary analysis based on core competency.
