Study On Distribution System In Supply Chain

As the competition idea based on time and speed is accepted extensively nowadays, each enterprise in supply chain utilizes all kinds of methods, which keep the close connections of the logistics and information flows between each other, in order to achieve the objectives that aims at fast responding to the end customers' request, declining stock cost and improving the level of the supply chain's total competition. The main means of these methods is the logistics distribution system. In this paper the operation, planning, reengineering of the distribution system in supply chain are analyzed wholly from the angle of the supply chain, which have certain realistic meanings to achieve the reduction of the logistics cost and the improvement of customer service level in supply chain system.Taking the distribution system in supply chain environment as the target, this paper proceeds with network analyzing, analyzed the domestic and international study on this field in details, expounded the concept of the distribution in supply chain, and discriminate the different between the distribution in supply chain and that in traditional logistics. Based on the foregoing content, it is pointed out that the distribution in supply chain planning should be carried out according to the strategic objective of the supply chain, and the rational planning content, feasible planning procedure and principle that should be followed of making are discussed. Regarding the main planning contents as guideline, the choices of operation mode and distribution means are probed into and summed up, and the setting-ups of distribution network planning and assess system are analyzed.In this paper the main innovations are as follows:1) Distribution operation mode and distribution methods' choosing are analyzed from the supply chain organization structure mode and the product characteristic in supply chain. Firstly, the distribution operation modes are analyzed around the supply chain organization structure mode which has been gone deep into. Secondly, the distribution methods are studied and chosen on the basis of the product characteristic such as stock characteristic, market characteristic and so on.3) Distribution network and the distribution route are analyzed from multi-steps in supply chain. Firstly, the network basic structure, the network topological structure and the characteristic of planning content are analyzed, and there comes the conclusion that the distribution network planning should be carried out, with the considering about the supply chain organization structure mode, by three steps such as the choice of the enterprise nodes, the location of the nodes and the route planning and choice. Secondly, the choice of the enterprise nodes, which would be part of the distribution network, is analyzed with the utilizing the Data Envelopment Analysis and the new nodes choice modes are differently built up according to the supply chain organization structure mode. Then, by utilizing the same analytical method, the routing problem is divided into three different problems and the idea of the basic formulation and the settlement is introduced.4) A nodes location model based on qualitative and quantitative analysis is advanced. Firstly, the candidate locations are confirmed by step-one location comparison model, which is a qualitative analysis, and put their into the best location set. Secondly, locate the best point of each candidate location in the best location set. Thus, we get the best location.
