Finally, the project has achieved success by scope of work fastening, installing resource, designing object of key contents of project management, key point on process controlling.Engineering project management consists of a series of managing process. This process is built up by lots of managing thoughts and methods which made up of management, economics, maths, law and information systems. It point to the project's schedule, quality, safety and cost take place organization, coordination, leadership and control. through which to achieve every goal of each project. The view of this thesis is designing object-process control - achieve success. The key point is process controlling. The method and conclusion can be used for reference and operation for management of railway project which can bring great help to the project management in the domestic railway construction enterprise.
