As one of the most critical contains in software project management, risk management was getting more and more concerns by software developers and project teams. Practice testified that bringing risk management into effect systematically was becoming an important measurement to guarantee delivering the program successfully during the software process.This article according to the experience in the project of Tentative Materiel Management Information System (TMMIS), which designed for a department of liberated army corps. During the process of project management in TMMIS, we adopted one of the software risk management systems brought out by SEI, which based on Continuous Risk Management (CRM). All the processes of risk management, such as risk tendency forecast, identification, assessment, establish the plan, tracking and control, were studied and expatiated completely at each phase of the whole life cycle to the project. The bills of risk were listed for every period, and the measurements were created for main risks. We adjusted the bills of main risks and planed went along with the state of project. At the same time, the measurements would be carried out at proper time to ensure that the program be delivered successfully. The risk assessment to the project can' t be measured easily, in allusion to this characters, the article adopted the method of hierarchical analysis, which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. At the end of the article, some useful measures were summarized for the practice of software project risk management.The writer tried his best to unite the practice processes with the systemic methods of software project risk management, in order to search a simple effective manage mode for the works in the future.
