In the progress of telecom industry reform, several new telecom enterprises emerged, and an oligopoly competition market has been established. Drastic competitions between new telecom enterprises and the traditional ones in telecom-solutions, service quality and price etc present in today's market, and these competitions will ultimately upgrade into a competition of services. As the means to realize all kinds of competitions marketing-channel will surely be the key to success for telecom enterprises.This article begins with the changes of the telecom market and the development of telecom enterprises' marketing-channel in China. From the analysis of the competition environment and operation traits of the new telecom enterprises, we summed up the theories of the construction and management of marketing-channel for new telecom enterprises, including the choice and construction as well as the conformity and confliction-management of marketing-channel, and some innovations for new telecom enterprises. At last we analyzed the marketing-channel of the branch of WT Co. in Sichuan with the aspects of the theories foregoing.
