This article takes a view that the key of enterprise management lies in incentive mechanism to personnel under the circumstance of modern knowledge economy. By analyzing the internal contradictions in modern enterprise management, this article illustrates that the core of management lies in incentive. Based on analyzing the connotation, methods and proceeding procedures of incentive mechanism, this article emphasizes how the exercise incentive mechanism in enterprise management, including the analysis of status quo. This article also brings forward the design principle, idea and content of incentive mechanism, and the problems supposed to be noticed.
