| Before reforming and opening, structure adjustment of the forestry was used to be as an important section of economy in our country. People pursued more material products and neglected the ecosystem performance of forestry. People's cognition has been enhanced in the last years, but continuously push economic benefits, the forest is over-felled beyond quaintly of plan. The management mission and target of the forestry industries change with development of society. The forest is basic resource to decide whether forestry industries can exist and develop, and is also carrier to satisfy continuous need of the social development .At the different stages, society has different need for the forest. The structure of the forestry industries is the economical and numinous relation, which forms in the process of forestry production among all sections. Being one important and self-developed section of social economy, forestry industries become one important part with a variety of functions and multiples benefits. The line-programming model is chosen as the basic analysis model of the forestry industrial structure, the input and output relations between forestry industries are used as constraints for the model. Therefore, the line-programming model is the way to study the economical and technical relations among all sections of social economy, and it is also the method to analyses the relations of the sorts and numbers of forestry products between inner departments of forestry industries. The principle of adjustments and optimization in economical structures is stated as below. Depending on the market's variety, social production should fit the domestic and international demand .The optimization of industries structure should be accelerated with technological development. The condition of high cost, high input and low output is changed. When Studying and establishing the project of optimization and adjustment in industrial structures, the principles must be firmly executed.
