The Managing Information System Of Project Bid-invitation

The management of project bid-invitation takes a significant status in the project construction. With the growing number of modern large-sized projects, the sections, organizations and units concerning the management of bid-invitation are increasing accordingly. As the current management measures cannot fit the requirements of high speed and quality, the new measures are needed urgently.With some research and in accordance with the characteristics on the management of project bid-invitation and the requirements of the information system, the author presents a novel and new method, which is to establish a managing information system of project bid-invitation through Internet.Through a brief description on the project management and project bid-invitation management, the thesis definitely explains some basic conceptions, analyses some problems in the current project bid-invitation methods, and finds out the causes for the problems. Then carries out methods of constructing project bid-invitation managing information system for solving such problems as information and communication hindering and private operating in the current bid-invitation management.The thesis also analyses the target, size, frame, function and principle of the pre-constructing project bid-invitation managing information system, and brings out the developing means, process, frame and preparation tasks for constructing an information system.Furthermore, the thesis discusses how to establish a decision-making supportive system in the project bid-invitation managing information system and establishes an authorized system ulteriorly. The organization management in the developing process of the information system is also under discussion. The controlling of plan, cost and quality in the system developing process is under analyzing equally.The thesis provides valuable reference of the management of the engineering project.
