The key point in HR management is the design of the system of the compensition, but the job evaluation is only a part of it. It looks like that the postgraduates of MBA in Sichuan University haven't written this as the topic of their papers.Therefore, I just take this as the topic of my paper, though narrow but thought-provoking. The major work that I do in this task is to choose the methods of evaluation and the factors of evaluation ,to decide the importance of different factors, to build up the evaluation group and train the persons of the evaluation group, to control the normalization of evaluation ,to scientifically deal with the discrepancy of different evaluation, in the end ,to form the value equivalence of job evaluation .For all of the above, I 've practiced and tasted carefully and got something important among the practice of job evaluation, the particular one in study is to introduce SPSS software to analyze and deal with the data. Therefore, it avoids the objectivity of personal evaluation , even reduces the deviation to a minimum to embody the fairness of the process and the procedure, as well as the reasonability of the whole evaluation.Apart from the preface and the conclusion, the whole paper is divided into three parts. The first one expounds the inner nature of jobevaluation ,the relationship between compensation system and job evaluation, the relative theories ,the guiding function of job evaluation, together with the methods of job evaluation. For the second part, it is the body of the paper, which describes the detail design and practice of job evaluation. This is a comprehensive scheme design and the implement of practical project, which takes the DZ Research institute, and the design and practice of job evaluation. The third part is connected with the practice of the job evaluation and the assessment of job evaluation itself.
