Knowledge sharing is the core and difficulty of knowledge management. The urgent problem in the process of enterprise's practice is how to urge knowledge resource to move freely not only between employees but also between employees and their corporation, and actualize full knowledge sharing which is efficient and sufficient to fully utilize knowledge resource and magnify its effect. The paper does some primary research on knowledge sharing by aiming at achieving full knowledge sharing.At first, the development of Knowledge-based Theory of Firm is introduced, the important status and significance of knowledge sharing to enterprises are analyzed and its development and application are summarized.Secondly, the paper generalizes the characters of knowledge sharing, sums up three patterns of it and analyzes the processes to realizing knowledge sharing through them, in which the SECI model is used and improved. Based on the research above, the paper brings forward the concept of full knowledge sharing, analyzes the basic qualifications of knowledge sharing and points out that the basic qualifications of full knowledge sharing are basic qualifications of knowledge sharing plus effective promotion. Then, the paper analyzes linchpins in the process of enterprise's knowledge sharing, proposes the way of evaluating the importance of knowledge to enterprises based on Grey-clustering Assessment Model and generalizes the modes and methods of knowledge sharing promotion.Finally, the successful experience in the execution of knowledge sharing in an enterprise in Hubei is analyzed in the paper.
