Analysis On The Development Of International Service Outsourcing And Chinese Policies

With the development of Globalization and Information Technology, the environment where Transnational Corporations survive and compete with each others has been dramatically changed and International Service Outsourcing has been the strategic option of TNCs to increase Core Competence, which forces the new global shift of industries and offers large potential development opportunities for those developing countries through International Service Outsourcing projects. On the thesis, the status and characteristic of the International Service Outsourcing has been expatiated. We suggest that China should attach importance to the trend of International Service Outsourcing and draw and implement proper policies to gain more share in the International Service Outsourcing market on the comparative analysis of the impact on parent countries and host countries and advantages against Manufacture Outsourcing as well as the reasons causing outsourcing.
