| There are three research objects in this paper: analyzing the transformation of IT thinking and frameworks of securities industry, investigating Construction of China Galaxy Securities Knowledge Management System (CGSKMS), then concluding the viewpoints on design and construction of securities enterprise's KMS basing on those two results.Because the securities enterprises' operation model are transforming from passive model to active model, they are eager to build an IT system to offer them all-around and multilayer support. With the pricking up of competition of securities industry, the core of competition is transformed to high quality and individuation of services. So, the core of this IT system is the knowledge management. Furthermore, IT thinking and frameworks of securities industry transformed with the transformation of enterprises' operation. The centralizing of operation made securities' IT system transformed from decentralization to centralize, so writer believes IT frameworks of securities enterprises will transformed to a new one named "information Bus". Above all, the KMS of securities enterprises will be a combination of integration of multidimensional data, auto management of workflow, refining of work result, share of production and CRM.This paper is on the design and construction of CGSKMS. In the paper writer discourses on the major idea of design and construction, analyzes user's requirements and the facing problem, brings forward the detailed analysis on user's requirements, design and construct system based on this analysis. At the same time, writer analyzes the transformation of IT thinking and frameworks of securities industry. The securities enterprises' knowledge management system (KMS) are constructed to accommodate the transformation of IT thinking and frameworks of securities industry, so, the analysis of the latter is a important way to conclude the viewpoint on design and construction of securities enterprise's KMS.
