Our country has a longer feudal history. The electronic administration must bring challenges to the administrative decision-making. In order to exert the efficiency of electronic administration to the full, we must use it rationally during the real application, intensifying its positive effects and avoiding its negative ones. So the recognition of the electronic administration must be highlighted; the concept of administrative decision-making must be renewed; the foundation of the electronic administration must be consolidated; the complete combination of administrative decision-making and electronic administration must be promoted; the stuff of the administrative decision-maker must be improved by training in electronic administration; the project of the electronic administration must be conformed and the flow of the electronic administration must be optimized.
