A Study On Chinese Feature Civil Servant Training System

Building civil servant training system is based on government officer training of our country and reference to the other advanced country prior experience. Training civil servant as a mean of improving public servant quality, it influenced the function of the government. In order to adapt the new circumstance of our country and international innovation environment, creating and completing civil servant system is more necessary than ever. However, nowadays, there are still some defects in the civil servant training system. In order to make the result of training satisfied, it is necessary to find these defects and solve them. This dissertation is composed of four main parts. In part one, the definition and meanings of civil servant training were expounded. In part two, the author tried to seek useful civil servant training experience, by analyzing and concluding the advanced experience of public servant training system in developed countries. The current defects in civil servant training system of our country, which was discussed in part three. In part four, combining the feature of our country, how to complete the civil servant training system was discussed and the solutions and findings also mention in this part.
