The body of this thesis paper consists three major parts.Part one: It is stated that there are still some misunderstandings on the employment problem during the process of economic transformation. All these problems are explained based on the circumstance of modern market economy. And the demand and supply relationship existing in college graduates' employment market, the characteristic of employment, and its development tendency are discussed subsequently.Part two: The causes of the employment problem are raised via the analysis of several matters including the paradox between the demand and supply amounts of college graduates, the structural paradox, the job-choosing concept, the development of employment market, university education and the employment service.Part three: In order to cause the public consideration, the solving strategies are stated from the aspects of deepening the reform of college graduates' employment system, the reform of university education, the perfection of employment market, the publication of employment information, and the reinforcement of employment consultation, guide, and service.
