According to the National Women's Federation's statistics, China's rural children left behind about 58 million people, accounted for 28.29 percent of rural children, Among them, under 14 years are more than 4,000 people. The number of children remaining in rural areas of Henan province ranks first in the country. According to Henan Province Department of Education statistics, there are migrant farmers in Henan Province reached 10022071, resulting 2018118 remaining in rural areas, accounting for the total number of children in compulsory education throughout the province 15.20%.In this study, a questionnaire survey, interviews, letters, analysis methods for the study, from the community, schools, communities, families of the four levels behind children's education. Then introduced the study of research methods and concepts defined. Finally shows the logical framework of this article.
