Since the 90s of last century, large numbers of migrant workers from the countryside into the cities, became a special member of the city. Special status and position made them survive in the "cracks" in a long time, their children will grow up in the "cracks. The attendant is education, living conditions, health care and a series of difficult problems. In recent years, countries and relevant departments have issued relevant policies and regulations to protect migrant children's education, trying to change their living conditions. However, few people interested in migrant children's social adjustment behavior problems. They did not realize the bad development of social adaptive behavior will affect the mental health of migrant children, so this article aims at the social development of adaptive behavior of the starting point, carried out a survey to 3-6 years old migrant children in Shenyang. Compare with the local children to analyse migrant children's social adaptive behavior. In order to provide the basis to the relevant departments put forward education proposals and effectively improve their social adaptive behavior level.This study based on survey and site visits, survey 119 local children and 119 migrant children of their social adaptive behavior, the following conclusions:First, there are significant age differences in social adapative capacity development of factor scores and total score of 3-6 years old migrant children in Shenyang, and with age and growth; there is no gender difference in social adapative capacity development;Second,3-6 years old migrant children's social adapative capacity is lower than the the local children in Shenyang, the local community level of the overall development of adaptive behavior;Third, there are significant age differences between old migrant children and the local children in Shenyang, and with age and growth; no gender differences;Fourth, there are significant differences in independent life, sports, work, communication and social projects between old migrant children and the local children in Shenyang, but, there is no significant difference in self-management project. In a word, the social adapative capacity development of 3-6 years old migrant children in Shenyang is poor and has its own particularity. The author concludes with education options,including raising national awareness and enhancing the quality of kindergarten education, according to age characteristics, carry out appropriate educational, formation kindergartens, family and community force, enhance the Social adapative capacity development of 3-6 years old migrant children.
