To study the problem of institution for old-age care is the necessity of social development which is the key of dealing with old age relative of happy life for millions of old people.Through the society pay more attention to the problem of age, they bring up several models to deal with it. The government advocates that supporting old people base on aged-care at home and institution for old-age care assist it, which complies with the situation in chine. Our country is developing country with limited finance. It is difficult to build many institutions for old persons. The scale of civil institution is larger than state institution. Due to the cost of institution is high lead to profit is low. Government should administe institution old-age care in city industry and solves short money for civil institution and lay out the development of institution providing for the aged in the long run term. It is necessary to advance the level of institution providing for aged with specialization, diversification and humanization. The citizen should change their ideas of the elderly support. To build more institution with Chinese characteristics such as community institution providing for the aged so that old people can draw on their home.The problems of centralized providing for the aged in city concern with profit for many people. Old people belong to special vulnerable groups. No more than their interest must be protected the society become harmony. Millions of home could live and work in peace and contentment. Government and society should emphasis centralized old-age care industry in city.
