| The rapid development for internet information technology provides modern channels for formation, communication, organization, storage, management and utilization of digital information. On one side, information and its fast development in every field have produced great number of information and places for storage have increased greatly. The digital information with voucher and reference value, reflecting social real activity at the same time should be transferred to archives and should be preserved permanently. On the other side, modern digital information improved index service and the construction of digital archives become the foundation of digital rooms. The development of information technology has changed the operation of process and principles for trial work and it's impossible to avoid the challenges of information technology. The construction of information in the court is the only choice the trail work facing owing to severe development of the society. The construction of digital archives is a process to take advantages of modern technology to memorize trial information in the count, which is an important way to realize the sustainable accumulation, long-term preservation and centralized management and convenient use of litigant participates for trail information records.First, the thesis discusses the main process of digitizing an archive. We use B/S as our system architecture. Then the overall scheme is formulated and the main functions of the system are specified. The court of digital archives system selects SYBASE as a background database. VC.NET and C# are choose as the developing platform and language, the online judge function and the digital archives storage function in compact discs are realized.Currently the system has been put into use. Our system has achieved the expected goals, which improves the management of the archives. |
