E-government Develops Research Of China's Rural In View Of New Public Theory

At present, the theory of rural e-government research and the survey gradually have raised to the height and paid closely attention for our government and academic, as we all know, the development of rural e-government construction is directly related to that whether our government is able to effectively address the "three rural" significant issues. However, in our country, as the composition of rural grassroots units of government agencies-rural, in the process of promoting information technology, there are many insurmountable practical problems which require our attention and concern, and to be resolved as soon as possible. Such as the development of information infrastructure planning is reasonable, sources of funding, the used standard and scope of key technology therefore, and the government site's domain name, logo, symbol, logo and layout design and application, etc. Therefore, we analyze and discuss rural construction and development of e-government in the new theory in the context of public service, and there will be profound significanceThis thesis is made up of the five main parts.The first part of thesis gives a brief overview of the origin and significance of this topic, reviews of the related academy research at home and abroad, clarifies the basic ideas of this paper, standardize the research method, finally, it sets out the framework and innovation of this thesisThe second part of thesis gives an overview of the status of the basic concepts, important connotation, basic features and practical significance of rural e-government. Then, it clarifies the theoretical perspective of this research arctic and the point of integration, and provides detailed theoretical support for the thesis.The third part of thesis, it mainly describes the construction of rural development of e-government. With the new theories of public services, the author points out some general problems in the process of its development and analyzes the causes.The fourth part of thesis is the core of this article, To tackle the problem and Closely to reality, the author proposes remedial suggestions for the construction of rural development of e-government.The fifth part of thesis, conclusion of this article, is the main focus of this study which is conducted for and summarized, and gives clear instructions for the focus of our future work.In this thesis, the main point of innovation involves the Research contents. It studies on the issue of rural e-government research systematically, taking fully into account the national conditions of China, and construction of the actual situation of rural e-government, combined with new theories of public services, by the analysis of the achievement and insufficient of the construction of rural e-government, finally, it gives out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
