Along with social progress enterprises not only care about the material needs of employees and pay more attention on the spiritual and psychological needs,so the concept of job satisfaction appeared with psychology' development.And then scholars further proposed the concept of SWB. In an investigate about subjective well-being index of employees the result shows that subject well-being of employees is generally low.So increasing employees' job satisfaction can greatly improve employees'job performance.In the early 50's in 20th century, people did a lot of research on subjective well-being in the United States, as life quality of people increase, scholars keep their attention and there are increasingly abundant researches on SWB. SWB (Subjective Well-Being, referred to the SWB) is a comprehensive psychological indicator, and it is an individual assessment of their overall quality of life, including emotional experience and life satisfaction. Some studies show that subjective well-being is significantly correlated with the job performance of employees. Related studies have shown that subjective feelings of staff will affect attitudes and behavior of employees with a high sense of happiness. If staffs are happy to work, their organizational identification will increase, so as to achieve social harmony, sustainable development and business management. The new generation staffs is the main force in enterprise,their main contents are mental activities, subjective feelings of staffs affect the performance significantly.However, today the research on the subjective well-being and organizational identification of employees the new generation is not in-depth. Studies on subjective well-being of employees, organizational identification and job performance in system are almost none. This paper summarized the theory of relevant literature on the basis of research results, through the questionnaire using more suitable staffs subjective well-being, organizational identification and job performance scale for the new generation staffs. I try to explore the relationship among subjective well-being of the new generation staffs,organizational identification and job performance by correlation and regression analysis.The main conclusions of this new generation prove that:subjective well-being of the new generation staffs employees organizational identification and job performance were significantly related; The four dimensions of subjective well-being have significant effect on organizational identification and job performance;Every dimension of organizational identification has significantly affected degrees of job performance, and organizational identification plays an mediating role between in the four dimensions of subjective well-being and job performance.These four dimensions are:worrying about health, control in mood and emotion, satisfaction and interest in behavior and life Therefore, the research on the relationship among subjective well-being, organizational identity and job performance of the new generation staffs has important reference value for strategic human resourse programs and effective management. I put forward some measures and point out future research directions on this issue according to the study' conclusions.
