Research On The Legal Responsibility Of Education Administration From Civilianized Kindergarten

But, in practice, the management of confusion in civilianized kindergarten caused by the absence of regulation of education administration, contrasts with the importance of civilianized kindergarten in pre-school education.Based on the above background, this study adopts the literature method, historical method, as well as comparative method to provide an objective description and theological analysis of the education administration's function in the development of civilianized kindergarten, analyze the reasons for the formation of the status of education administration regulation, pointed out that the lack of law in pre-school education, improper ideas of regulation, the imbalance of collaboration between government departments leads to vulnerable management, frequent accidents in the civilianized kindergartens; Private kindergarten education is not compulsory, financial input keeps decreasing and preferential tax policies exist in the name only lead to lots of civilianized kindergartens pursuit the profit blindly, deviate from the public welfare greatly. Through this analysis, countermeasures proposed to improve the legal responsibilities of education administration, as follows:speed up the legislation,enhance the government legal regulation,increase the financial input,enforce the intensity of support policies. enhance its own strength.
