At present,the imperfect policy system in the field of preschool education has been basically improved,but the specific implementation of the policy after its promulgation is the focus of more attention.As an important statutory document in the field of preschool education,the "Work Regulations for Kindergarten" plays an important role in guiding kindergartens at all levels.With the change and development of the new era,the newly revised "Work Regulations for Kindergarten came into being in order to further adapt to the new situation of preschool education in the new era.What is the implementation of the new "Regulations" after its promulgation?Does the promulgation of relevant laws and regulations represent a better development of preschool education?These are all worth studying.In this study,the questionnaire method was used to conduct a "face" general survey on the current situation of the implementation of the new "Regulations" in kindergartens in B district,Tianjin.In addition,through on-the-spot investigation of the case kindergarten-S kindergarten,the present situation of the implementation of the new "Regulations"in the kindergarten was studied in depth by means of questionnaires,interviews and observation,and the implementation status was comprehensively understood by means of "face" and "point".The study found that there are many problems in the implementation process:in terms of teachers,teachers' awareness of laws and regulations needs to be improved,their awareness of laws and regulations also affects parents'awareness,and the construction of teachers' quality team needs to be strengthened;In the management of kindergartens,there are excess classes to varying degrees;the health and health care conditions are fine but there are some difficulties in the implementation of "anti-domestic violence" education,and the duration of outdoor activities of some children is not guaranteed,and there is a lack of psychological education teachers;the types of books and the sources of books are single;some kindergartens have insufficient funds and low salaries for teachers,so the construction of funding system needs to be strengthened;teachers lack the opportunity to participate in democratic managementrresulting in low enthusiasm:there is no obvious phenomenon of"primary-school-level" in education and teaching,but teachers have a certain tendency of"primary-school-lever" in kindergarten class management:the role of the Parent Committee is not significant:the opportunities for parents to participate in kindergarten management are relatively scarce;kindergarten and homeland cooperation is better but teachers and parents lack awareness of the importance of community resources,and the degree of cooperation between kindergartens and communities is not high.Therefore,in terms of teachers' quality,we should strengthen teachers' awareness of laws and regulations in various ways,especially in some public kindersartens,improve the legal awareness of all groups in some public kindergartens:safeguard teachers' basic rights and interests,introduce more high-quality talents and strengthen the overall quality of teachers.In the management of kindergartens,the government should strictly supervise and manage the problem of excessive class personnel;kindergartens and relevant departments should strengthen the propaganda and implementation of anti-domestic violence education:increase the duration of childrcen's outdoor activities,improve the psychological training of teachers;enrich the types of kindergarten books.expand the diversity of the books sources:increase the level of investment,optimize the funding structure,improve the overall salary of' teachers;enhance teachers' enthusiasm for democratic participation,and strengthen democratic management of kindergartens.In terms of education and teaching cooperation,kindergartens and primary schools shall build corresponding communication platforms to enhance communication and cooperation,and vigorously strengthen the coordination of kindergartens,families and communities.
