Research On The Development Of System Of Administrative Supervision In LiaoNing Province

Administrative supervision is an important means of control administrative power , administrative supervision organs are established within government to ensure that the executive power is poformed according to law, orderly and efficiently.Although the administration supervision system in Liaoning Province are becoming perfect, but the executive power is not effectively constrained, the phenomenon of abuse of power has occurred from time to time, rent-seeking behavior has not been effectively curbed. In studying the system of Liaoning Province administrative supervision, we can understand the trends and characteristics of its development and analysis the existing problems to explore its causes, so recommendations coud be carryed out correctly for improvement.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an statement of the significance of this research and administrative monitoring system of profiles. In chapter two,I outlines the administrative supervision and administrative monitoring system definition and the theoretical tools - North Theory of Institutional Change. In chapter three I intoduce the Changes of Administrative supervision in Liaoning Province and the theoretical analysis of institutional change with the administrative supervision of the characteristics of the system evolution. In the fourth chapter I analyzes the Change of System Administrative Supervision System in Liaoning Province and point out the existing problems and its causes. In chapter five,with the Theory of Institutional Change I give the recommendations of administrative supervision. In the conclusion,I summarizes the article,then point out the difficulty in improving administrative supervision.In the paper I use the means of quantitative analysis and historical comparative analysis to study Liaoning Province administrative supervision system changes so as to improve the efficiency of the system of administrative supervision then develp the administrative supervision system.
