Corruption is an entrenched social problem in all ages in china. The effecting of combating corruption relates to the Party's ruling status, discipline inspection and supervision system is the main force of the combat of anti-corruption, under the current situation of the corruption and social public opinion, the civil service of the discipline inspection and supervision system are put forward more new demands, their ability, quality, style of working and the situation of job satisfaction affect the task of anti-corruption in great degree. This article selects five factors from the numerous of factors affecting job satisfaction: group identity, working characteristics, role conflict and the respondents'individual attributes to study the influence on the disciplinary inspection and supervision system of civil servants. We make an empirical survey questionnaire in disciplinary inspection and supervision system of five cities in Anhui province, and analyze the data that is collected by SPSS16.0 software. Finally the study finds: disciplinary inspection and supervision system civil servants (1) Job satisfaction is above the average overall; (2) the age, job seniority, working years in discipline inspection system, authorities situation effect the satisfaction of promotion, working, communication and remuneration evidently; (3) the work requirements, independent and working intensity of working characteristics positively impact the satisfaction of promotion, working itself, communication, colleagues and remuneration significantly; (4) organizational identity positively impact the satisfaction of promotion, the job itself, communication, colleagues and remuneration significantly; (5) role conflict negatively impact the satisfaction of promotion, the job itself, communication, colleagues and remuneration significantly.
