Since the 19 th National Congress,the Central Committee of the Party has unswervingly promoted the building of a clean government and the struggle against corruption.Discipline inspection and supervision organs throughout the country have implemented the Party's policy and insisted on fighting "tigers" and "flies" together,so that the people can see the Party Central Committee's firm determination to rectify corruption.It has been highly praised and trusted by the masses.Therefore,the petition group changed from the original to the major petition channel to reflect its own appeals to the supervision departments of the disciplinary committees at all levels.Visitors to the inspection and inspection system are increasing day by day.All kinds of re-visits and follow-up visits have brought great pressure to the work of the Commission on Discipline Inspection.Letters and visits and reporting work is an important way to collect clues on cases and is also a favorable channel for solving people's appeals.The scope of its admissibility mainly focuses on complaints filed by party members,leading cadres,and supervisors in violation of the relevant provisions of the Party Rules and Supervision Law and reported to the Commission through visits,calls,letters,and online reports.At present,the complaint processing mechanism is very lagging behind,resulting in a high total number of complaints in the inspection and inspection system.From the perspective of group visits and repeated visits in the inspection and inspection system,in addition to reasonable appeals,some visitors 'emotions are too extreme and firm,which brings difficulties to the work of letters and visits;Therefore,the different psychological problems among the visitors also deserve in-depth study.In this paper,taking the petition Office of the discipline inspection and supervision commission of a city as an example,through the interview between the author and the visitors,especially the analysis of the appeal characteristics and psychological characteristics of the visitors in the discipline inspection system of a city in recent three years,the interview response strategies of the visitors are put forward from the aspects of the process of receiving and reporting,psychological counseling,different types of problems,etc.,so as to solve the revisit,skip level visit and collective visit.We will improve the reception and visit mechanism,strengthen the building of teams,improve the handling capacity of letters and visits,and promptly resolve reasonable demands of the masses.This paper promotes the systematization of the complaint reporting system of disciplinary inspection authorities,and effectively prevents and resolves social conflicts.The research of the thesis will help to enhance the credibility of the basic disciplinary inspection authorities,take various ways to deal with visitors with different psychological characteristics and problems,and explore forward-looking responses and suggestions.In order to improve the system of inspection and supervision authorities 'complaints and visits,Maintaining social stability and building socialist harmony have important practical significance and reference to recommendations...
