Civil servant in integrated management category has the dominant position in the government apparatus,enjoys the decision-making power to the major decision. But conducts the structural research in view of the organizational career management for civil servant in integrated management category to be very also few. This article takes the Shijiazhuang civil servant in integrated management category as an example, through managerial analysis,tries to provide some theoretical consultant on the organizational career management for our managers from the aspect of organizational career management for civil servant in integrated management category.The beginning part of this paper is devoted to literature reviewing,which runs back over and analyzes some related literature of organizational career management; next proposed a hypothesis; based on a lot of literature reading and researching, the structurized organizational career management questionnaire has established, the organizational career management for civil servant in integrated management category to conduct the exploration research.
