Research On The Disaster Public Crisis Management

With the frequent occurrence of worldwide public crisis of natural disasters, people suffered a great loss of lives and property. Many countries pay more and more attention to crisis management research. How to respond to crisis of natural disasters is also a problem to our country. In order to achieve rapid economic growth, we sacrificed a lot of environment resources, destroyed lots of biologic chains. Natural disasters are exacerbated with water and soil loss and destruction of vegetation. How to deal with the increasingly natural disasters of public crisis which become a test of public dministration.The object of this research is the disaster public crisis management.This paper concentrates on the management's work of the snow disaster of Guizhou ,analyzing it's status ,existing problems and finally put forward the counter-measures to improve such measures of governments' process management to public crisis management in our country according to the principle of "being practical and realistic".There are six chapters in this essay. Chapter One is Brief Introduction, which introduces the significance, current status and research methods of disaster public crisis management. Chapter Two defines the concept of Public Crisis Management .Chapter Three, I summarized the reason why our government encountered problems during the disposal of natural disaster crisis.
