The Research On Dilemma And Countermeasure Of Chinese Administrative Accountability System

Abstract:The administrative accountability system accelerates the process of responsibility government and the democratization. We analysis the dilemma of the administrative accountability system,in order to find the countermeasure.It is not noly beneficial to urging the administration leader to have the courage to undertake responsibility when the grave accident happened, but also lifting the supervision consciousness of the public.The paper is divided into four chapters:Part one,introduction. Including the background and significance of the topic, current studying situation of domestic and abroad, research method and innovation.The second part discusses the theory of the administration accountability system.Including the theoretical basis, concept and characteristic of the administration accountability system.The third part discusses the reason and analyzes the reason of the dilemma in China. In order to find the dilemma how to form.The fourth part discusses how to perfect the administrative accountability system.The administrative accountability system involves many current sensitive social problems.Some problems which I dicusses in this paper may be slightly superficial.But I still hope that it is beneficial to the administrative accountability system.
