Resource Mobilization Of Foundation In Strategic Philanthropy Mode

The diversify mode and strategy of the resource mobilization were discussed in the system of foundation-project mode-resource mobilization through case study of the strategic operation of charitable projects in a local public foundation. It was found that the strategic charitable project mode of the foundation was not only a new project operation mode but also an effective resource mobilization technique, which made full use of the advantages of coalitions to continuously gather various social resources for the development of charity project. The new medical assistance mode of the strategic philanthropy mode, could effectively mobilize the resources of medical charity resources, avoid resources waste and abuse by families or hospitals and improve the efficiency of charitable aid.Through empirical analysis of the successful resource mobilization course under strategic charitable project mode in S foundation was studied in this article. It was found that S foundation had developed a diversifying resource mobilization mode based on the diversity and complexity of environmental conditions, namely, with the foundation as the main body, relying on the alliance with partners, utilizing market-oriented strategies, networking and legalization strategies, through benign interactions with social organizations in various sectors, the foundation established mesh resources support system inside and outside the organization, and successfully mobilized resources both inside and outside the system.The impact of the foundation's strategy for foundations, social enterprises and the welfare system was also studied in this article. It was found that, the foundation was dependence on the current strategy to an extend for resource mobilization, which would contribute to the reform of the resource mobilization mode of foundations, whose strategy behavior would also contribute to the implementation of social welfare. The strategic charity mode of foundations will indirectly make for the further development of charity culture.
