With the urban and rural barriers gradual opening, rural labor large-scale overseas and because of the influence of traditional concepts that"male outdoor and women indoor", our country's rural social appeared a unique left-behind women's groups since reforming and opening in China. Rural staying women shoulder heavy productive labor, supporting the old and the responsibility of raising a child, In a certain sense, most rural areas is staying women who participate in the subject of village committee elections, they played an important role in the new rural construction. But because of the social environment and rural staying women own various factors, the village committee election that they showed negative participation behavior, but the political behavior is based on psychological motivation, therefore, this article attempts to five villages which in Qing He town in Gu Yuan city in Ningxia province for investigation object, , to analyze the rural staying women in the village committee elections political psychological status through the questionnaire and individual interview, exploring the cause of rural remaining women's political psychological apathy and the feasibility of improving political apathy ways and the corresponding measures.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part, including the introduction to put forward questions with research significance, the research situation, and investigation and study design.
