Going with the initial prosperity of the knowledge-based economy, knowledge hasalready been accepted gradually by the public as a kind of new resource. As the majormanagement method and conception in correspond to knowledge-based economy,knowledge management draws wide attention in academic field and enterprise field. Butregarded as the core of knowledge management, the management of tacit knowledge isstill very unripe in research. By analyzing the produces, discernment , characteristic andtransformation of the tacit knowledge, the thesis proposes to promote the transformationof tacit knowledge from the respect of organization framework, incentive mechanismand corporate culture etc.At first, the thesis introduces the theoretical system of knowledge management andanalyses the definition, produces ,discerns and the characteristics of tacit knowledge onthis foundation; Secondly, the thesis separately introduces the meaning, SECI mode andthe transformation course, market mechanism, transformation obstacle and solution tothe obstacle when tacit knowledge transforms. Combining the above-mentionedanalyzing with the basic theories of institutional framework, the thesis puts forward themodels of knowledge type group promoting tacit knowledge to transform, and providestwo kinds of concrete organization framework, the studying type organization andvisual organization. By combining with the motivational theory, the thesis proposes theencouragement system of tacit knowledge management that is made up of knowledgeoperating mechanism, distinct mechanism, performance rewards and punishmentsmechanism, etc. By analyzing the characteristics of sharing type corporate culture, thethesis provides some concrete measures to establish sharing type corporate culture.
