A Research Of Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management Strategy And Core Competence

In the knowledge economy time, the administration and supervision authorities ofenterprises begin to realize deeply the strategic value of knowledge in the developmentand market competition, and knowledge management has got the attention ofnumerous advanced enterprises in the world. This thesis started with the basicconception of knowledge, knowledge economy and knowledge management, analyzedthe relation between the knowledge economy and knowledge management, andpointed out knowledge management is the inevitable demands of enterprises in theknowledge economy time. Then this thesis studied the meaning, goal, principle,content of enterprise's knowledge management, the relation with other managements,and the conception, classification and implementation steps of knowledge managementproject, and focused on the operation environment of enterprise's knowledgemanagement mainly from five respects:information technology, human resources,organization structure, corporate culture and cooperative network. After that, it probedinto the relation between knowledge management and enterprise's core competence,got the conclusion that knowledge management is the basic means for enterprises tofoster and promote the core competence, obtain the sustainable competition advantage.Finally, this thesis studied the inside conception of knowledge management strategyand how to select strategy mode, proposed some specific measures to theimplementation of knowledge management strategy.
