Therefore, this article analyses the way of sustainable development of private enterprises in terms of cultural strength. Through analysis to culture gene of enterprises that passed way, to find out distinctions of corporation culture characteristics between failed enterprises and succeeded enterprises, the article built the structure mode of the outstanding cultural strength of private enterprises.This article is divided into two parts from content and logic. In the first part, outstanding cultural strength is put forward. Through analysis of the culture structure and development course of Sanzhu, to summarize the gene that most of private enterprises failed out, the article points out that if private enterprises want sustainable development they must abide by certain cultural rule, which emphasized two points: The existence of modern enterprises must regard suitable culture as the key competitiveness; Meanwhile, this kind of culture is constantly changeable.
