In the view of passing way of many private enterprises such as Feilong, Sanzhu and Giant, we can find out that private enterprises of our country are going through the sad course. As the pioneers of the reform, to a certain extent they have impelled the improvement of the market and legal system, but their destinies is transient. Now nowadays, our country increasingly pays attention to private economy. After resolution several people's congress and modification of constitution, they had already became an essential part of economy of our country at full speed continuously. So, the research and exploration of the sustainable development to our private enterprises have already become the themes of the times, which are an essential condition of our country, even the whole nationalities prosperity too. Therefore, this article analyses the way of sustainable development of private enterprises in terms of cultural strength. Through analysis to culture gene of enterprises that passed way, to find out distinctions of corporation culture characteristics between failed enterprises and succeeded enterprises, the article built the structure mode of the outstanding cultural strength of private enterprises.This article is divided into two parts from content and logic. In the first part, outstanding cultural strength is put forward. Through analysis of the culture structure and development course of Sanzhu, to summarize the gene that most of private enterprises failed out, the article points out that if private enterprises want sustainable development they must abide by certain cultural rule, which emphasized two points: The existence of modern enterprises must regard suitable culture as the key competitiveness; Meanwhile, this kind of culture is constantly changeable. With the change of the environment, the change of consumers and the staff consciousness, as well as perfection of the market and policy, the corporate culture need orientation in terms of three dimensions as time, scale and development stage. These two points have expounded that cultural strength plays an important role on enterprise development. In the second part, the mode of outstanding cultural strength is structured. First of all, the article explains the essential condition under which outstanding cultural strength is structured. Secondly, through comparing the characteristics of outstanding cultural strength are summarized. Finally, structure mode of it is pointed out. This kind of construction is set up in a procedure of limitless circulation, the link of each of which is essentials condition that begins the next link. The whole procedure of construction needs quantitative and qualitative analysis, assessing of multidimensional modes. From the entrepreneur's key function to the set-up mechanism of the assessing group, from the design of the questionnaire to analytical method of the data, from the formulation of structuring scheme to implementing of the means, the whole course is set up on effectiveness and dependability, in order to solve the practical problem of the private corporate culture and offer the normal and feasible assessment and implementation mode for enterprise's cultural construction.
