By procurators political quality, professional knowledge, work performance, work ability and work attitude of the inspection analysis, to determine whether the staff of competent prosecutors, and prosecutors as to the appointment of personnel, training, rewards and punishments, job movements, remuneration management, the objective basis, is the prosecutorial personnel to undertake the management of the foundation.This paper chose to quantitative assessment of the performance of the prosecution as an object of study, mainly based on two aspects:on the one hand, the civil service performance evaluation model to apply the evaluation prosecution is inconsistent with the prosecution of the professional characteristics of more defects. Western countries, the theory of performance appraisal has been made more in-depth, systematic study of the operation is also more mature. But for China, for the prosecution to quantify the performance evaluation study is still in its early stages. Therefore, in building a professional performance appraisal system for the prosecution of important practical significance and theoretical significance.The prosecution more than the traditional assessment methods based on qualitative assessment, while the qualitative indicators for assessing the biggest drawback is vague, human factors, so difficult to be objective and fair.
