This article is an exploring research being based on some village observation, with the aim to analyze the factors of influencing the villager's psychology and behavior in participating in electing the villagers' committee at present. The materials used in this article is mainly attained through literature search, field work and questionnaire survey. Meanwhile, the author mainly adopt the Analysis of "Structure / Institution" and "Course - Incident " method to deal with the material, with the Structuration Theory, Rational Action Theory and other theories being used. The characteristic of this article is that the concrete influence factor of villager's participation will be analyzed from three links: the villagers participate in competing the candidate of villager's committee, choose the candidate and participate in voting .It is found that the psychology and the behavior of various villagers are different in villagers' participation in electing villagers' committee. Those main and objective factors that affect the villagers' participation in election are: the mobilization of such official organization as town government and village Party branch, the mobilization of such unofficial organizations as household and sects, etc; the level of local economic development; the villagers' calculation about economic profit and the measurement of cost-income ; the villager's own quality and characteristic ,etc. Under these factors affect together, most villagers participate in the villagers' committee mainly at the passive form; small villagers and elites in and outside systems can participate in election voluntarily. The building of democracy at the grass-roots level of our country still remains to move forward further.
