Voluntary service means anyone who wants to provide his time or ability voluntarily without any benefit requirement to serve the society to advance the social welfare business and the development of society and human beings. After a couple of years' development, the voluntary service in China made a lot of achievements. The International Voluntary Service, Community Voluntary Service and Youth Voluntary Service activities providing lots of service in the fields of education, environment protection, poverty assistance, health service, security assistance, agriculture production assistance, etc.As a noble socialized behavior and an important social welfare business, voluntary service has a outstanding significance in helping form the perfect social security system, helping form the solid social order, promoting the socialization of youth, being beneficial to the economy development and moral standard improvement.
