Research On HSE Of Lanzhou Petrochamical Corporation

The article makes an analytical study on how to establish and improve the Safety, Environment and Health Management System (HSE-MS) of petrochemical corporations. It sets forth the meaning of HSE-MS, reviews the development of HSE-MS and concludes that establishing & improving HSE-MS have some effects on the management of petrochemical corporations.
