Theoretical Study And Use Of The Buiding Enterprise Maturity

The construction is a trade with keen competition. How to become the victor in fierce fighting is the important question of investors and administrators of building enterprise. At present, such status is popular in building enterprises: property relation is not transparent, management system is incomplete, the operating structure is single, the profit rate of output value is low, prestige state is not good. While, the recognized standards in building enterprise just are ISO9001: 2000, IS014001: 1996 and OHSMS. Obviously, the three international standards are unilateral. The actual enterprise performance value system lays emphasis on financial index and the qualitative index such as enterprise credit grade, customer satisfaction etc. are not enough. Building enterprise needs a set of overall examination systems with directive significance and evaluation criteria urgently for further development and promoting.The maturity theory is the most forward research subject in the project management field at present. The author introduces it into building enterprise after drawing lessons from success using of software Capability Maturity Model in China and try to get concrete index system finally. First, in terms of enterprise angle, single Project Management angle and Enterprise Project Management angle, the author explains separately notice proceedings to improves the enterprise's maturity. Then, gather out the whole index system of Building Enterprise Maturity theory step by step from the angle of enterprise basic construction maturity, project management maturity and enterprise performance maturity. Finally, provide the subjected gene analytic method, the efficiency coefficient method, and the comprehensive evaluate method to calculate model index alternately, and give an enterprise instance to demonstrate.
