Application Research On Career Management In Electric Power System Innovation

Nowadays, the innovation of electric power system has stepped into a critical stage. In order to attract, train and use the people effectively, the electric power enterprises have to probe a new model, which is suited to the Human Resource Management in the innovation. This has become a vital task for the managers.In the research, the current conditions and questions of human resources in the enterprises are summed up, and the inadequate aspects in management are revealed by means of systemic analysis. At the same time, the urgency and importance on career management application are illustrated. At last, it is the emphasis, following that the application methods on organizations, systems and plans in career management are given, that based on the employees position ladders, the author designs separately the career path models for managers, technology employees and skilled employees by contrast, that different management methods for organization are showed in career different stages.
